The team you will be a part of
The Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing team reports to the Brand & Product Senior Marketing Manager over CPG brands (everydrop, affresh & Swash) and Gladiator brand. The team of marketing, product, sales & operations collaborate to develop & execute strategies to deliver the brand promise and launch consumer solutions to the market place.
This role in summary
This person is a critical team member for shopper marketing, working closely with internal partners (key stakeholders include Brand, Product, Sales & Ops teams) along with external partners (such as agencies of record, retailers' media networks, and 3rd parties) and spans across all retail channels. This role requires a shopper-first and strategic marketing mindset with core responsibility to execute go-to-market marketing strategies and plans aligned with Channel Retailer Plans.
Your responsibilities will include
  • Support marketing planning for Everydrop/Water, affresh & SWASH brands across all retail channels, ecommerce & in-store.
  • Lead plan execution in partnership with the retailer in tactics such as retail media, online & in-store experience (displays, point-of-purchase, sampling, couponing, subscription), content development & oversight and performance measurement.
  • Develop product detail page strategies and execute across retailers including reviews, core & rich content.
  • Strengthen marketing partnership with key retailers and agency partners.
  • Create informed solutions that are grounded in data and research.
  • Present marketing plans, updates, and results regularly with the internal sales teams and Quarterly reviews.
  • Budget ownership working in collaboration with finance and cross-functional partners to ensure costs are accurately outlooked and processed.
  • Delivery of projects on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Product, Media, Brand, eCommerce or Channel Sales

Preferred skills and experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
  • Experience in Retail Media/Marketing (Paid, In-Store)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment, overcome challenges, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders through strong project management, time management & organizational skills
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to successfully integrate different streams of information into conclusive next steps and shareable findings
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships and work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence and lead others, including those outside of the Marketing function
  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
