Job DescriptionThe U.S. PAH Consumer Marketing team is seeking an Associate Director to lead the consumer patient adherence strategy for our PAH drug. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and scale a patient-centered program designed to help appropriate patients start therapy with confidence, stay engaged over time, and navigate key moments in their treatment journey.This leader will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of the adherence program, partnering across Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Digital, Data & Analytics, Medical, Legal/Compliance, agencies, and other key stakeholders. The role requires a strong strategic leader who can translate patient insights, business priorities, and performance data into practical solutions that improve the patient experience and support persistence.This is a unique opportunity to help shape a meaningful patient experience strategy in a specialty disease area, with direct impact on how patients are supported over time.Key responsibilities include:Leading the consumer patient adherence strategy.Developing omnichannel patient experiences, including CRM, digital, education, and support resources.Partnering with analytics and digital teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and optimization opportunities.Orchestrating cross-functional execution across internal and external partners.Ensuring compliant, effective, and scalable program delivery.Education requirement: Master's Degree, MBA or MS.
