Job Description

Ready to Help Shape the Future of Legal Tech?!

At Litera, we don't just build software, we transform how the world's top law firms operate. Every day, we RaiseTheBar for what's possible through AI, innovation, and solutions that power millions of legal professionals worldwide. If you're energized by scale, real impact, and meaningful challenges, you'll feel right at home here.

Where You'll Work

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in either Austin, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh or Toronto with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why This Role Matters

We're looking for an AI-native Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute multi-channel campaigns - email, webinars, ABM, and thought leadership - that drive pipeline from awareness to conversion at scale.

You'll own strategy and execution end-to-end, collaborating across revenue, marketing, and go-to-market teams in a fast-moving environment. Strong project management, attention to detail, and a bias toward action are essential. LegalTech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing.

What You'll Deliver

  • Design and execute demand generation programs - including virtual events, email programs, third-party sponsorships, and more - mapped to buyer personas, pain points, and buying cycles - partnering with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop compelling campaign offerings and messaging

  • Develop and manage ABM program plans in close collaboration with Sales leaders to target whitespace accounts and drive incremental pipeline and bookings

  • Work alongside BDR and Customer Success teams to improve lead conversion and handling across the funnel, from first touch through to closed business

  • Architect and execute threaded programs across channels - email, social, web, and paid - ensuring narrative continuity and buyer relevance at every touchpoint

  • Serve as an in-house AI guru: leverage AI tools (e.g., LLMs, generative content platforms, prompt engineering) to produce, test, and iterate on content at scale without sacrificing quality or brand voice

  • Continuously explore and implement emerging AI-assisted techniques to improve content velocity, personalization depth, and channel performance

  • Forecast, measure, and report on program performance - including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI - to continuously improve effectiveness and inform investment decisions

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

  • 5-8+ years of industry experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a content-engineering capacity

  • Proficient with marketing and sales tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and 6Sense

  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and how to make metric-driven decisions

  • Demonstrated expertise using AI tools and platforms (e.g., LLMs, generative AI content tools, prompt engineering, automation) to build and scale content programs

  • Proven ability to design multi-channel, threaded content programs that maintain coherent buyer narratives across touchpoints

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience in LegalTech, Enterprise Software, or SaaS preferred

What You'll Experience

  • Team. A culture where people show up for each other and do the right thing

  • Reach. A truly global team solving complex, meaningful problems

  • Opportunity. Real growth opportunities, not just talk about them

  • Technology. Work at the intersection of legal expertise and cutting-edge AI

  • Impact. The chance to make an impact at scale, not just contribute
