Join the One Chase Strategic Initiatives team to shape the future of branch banking through advanced segmentation and analytics. Uncover business insights across Consumer, Home Lending, Business Banking, and Card to drive growth, leading high-impact initiatives that unlock client value, optimize branch strategies, and deliver tailored solutions at scale. As a Branch Strategy & Segmentation Lead on the One Chase Strategic Initiatives team, you will lead the modernization of branch segmentation, embedding it into business routines and decision-making while driving adoption of segmentation-led insights and governance in a customer-first way. You will set direction, align stakeholders, and ensure teams deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Data & Analytics to redevelop the branch segmentation model to meet target-state goals and advance branch strategy and execution
  • Engage lines of business and functional teams on key decision drivers, embedding them in the refreshed model and driving implementation readiness
  • Redesign the branch segmentation dashboard, empowering stakeholders to self-serve insights through clear segment views that inform business decisions
  • Establish a governed operating model with clear intake and prioritization, standardized SOPs, and consistent change control to review and approve updates
  • Deliver prioritized growth opportunity insights across key lines of business through fact packs and recurring readouts, embedding segmentation into partner planning and decisioning while tracking usage and business impact
  • Prepare executive-ready communications to highlight opportunities, frame issues, and deliver recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, driving alignment and execution across stakeholder groups
  • Design and operationalize a University engagement opportunity assessment framework, including an end-to-end fact pack to prioritize opportunities and shape strategy and execution
  • Quantify branch fraud impact across segments; partner with stakeholders to identify drivers and deliver scalable actions with owners, KPIs, and measurable results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) using data and insights to shape strategy, ideally in customer experience, product, or business performance functions
  • 2+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, project and program management, or a related field, with demonstrated strategic ownership
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategy-to-execution initiatives, aligning analytics, product/process change, and business adoption to measurable outcomes
  • Strong strategic partnership skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and partner with Data & Analytics teams to translate analysis into decision-ready solutions
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into a clear narrative, framing tradeoffs, options, and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Executive communication and presence, including strong verbal and written communication, experience presenting to senior audiences, and independent end-to-end accountability
