LMI manages over $100 billion of long-term capital globally and the role sits within its $22 billion Global Alternative Markets platform.The Alternative Credit team invests across private credit and opportunistic equity structures spanning consumer, commercial, residential, and structured credit markets โ€” including whole loans, warehouse facilities, asset-backed securities, structured credit, preferred equity, and platform financings.The investor will evaluate and execute private credit and structured investment opportunities, source and screen deals, develop investment thesis and relative value views, lead diligence workstreams including financial modeling and cash flow analysis, prepare investment committee presentations, and manage portfolio performance. Close collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Risk is expected.Required qualifications: 3โ€“7 years of experience in specialty finance, private credit, structured credit, investment banking, private equity, or other alternative investments. Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with asset-backed structures (warehouse/ABS), fund finance, or platform investing is a plus.Title and level are commensurate with experience.
