Open Vacancy: This role is a current, active position and we are accepting applications.

Company Overview

Our client is an independent marketing consultancy specializing in market research, with expertise in storytelling through consumer and brand insights. They focus on key areas such as advertising effectiveness, sponsorship evaluation, and consumer behaviour analysis. By leveraging data-driven insights and strategic solutions, they help businesses and top-tier brands optimize marketing strategies and drive growth.

The Role

As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in a dynamic team, providing analytical support across a range of quantitative consumer research projects. You will analyze data, uncover meaningful insights, and help translate findings into recommendations that drive client growth and smarter business decisions.

As part of a small and nimble team, you'll gain exposure to a variety of clients, industries, and research initiatives - from sponsorship and event measurement to brand health studies, campaign testing, and broader brand strategy projects. Working across sectors such as financial services, entertainment, nonprofit, CPG, and sports, you'll have the opportunity to build a well-rounded understanding of how consumer insights shape marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for a motivated, driven, and self-directed professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and values a fun, inspiring team culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to all stages of the research lifecycle, from design to insights delivery.
  • Analyze data in alignment with client objectives to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Develop clear, visually compelling reports that communicate key findings effectively.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive client impact.
  • Engage in broader business initiatives beyond daily responsibilities, fostering professional growth and development.
What We're Looking For:
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Skilled in conducting thorough, fact-based analysis.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of understanding and providing insights on complex business challenges.
  • Comfortable working independently on data analysis.
  • Able to translate data into clear, concise, and impactful written communication.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a passionate and dynamic team environment.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in independent work.
  • Pragmatic, eager to learn, and driven to solve problems effectively.
Qualifications:
  • College or university degree preferred, ideally in business or marketing, but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantitative data analysis for a brand, company, or consumer research firm is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience with statistical programs (e.g., SPSS or SAS) is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Confidence in your abilities-knowing you exceed the average, without arrogance.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
$50,000 - $65,000 a year
