Torah Prep Day School is seeking an administrative assistant who is a self-starter, creative, good at problem solving, organized, and who is a team player to help coordinate operations for our early childhood program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics and daily operations.

  • Coordinate teacher coverage and handle substitute teacher arrangements.

  • Schedule teacher meetings, overseeing daily schedules.

  • Handle DESE Child Care Subsidy requirements.

  • Take responsibility for Early Childhood Experience newsletter.

  • Provide logistical support for school events and EC programs.

  • Manage inventory and procure basic consumables as needed.

  • Oversee utilization of shared physical spaces.

  • Interact positively with students who need a break from the classroom.
