Job description

Cumula 3 Group (C3) is a leading provider of services and seller of licenses for Oracle NetSuite software. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Relationship Development and Sales Leader to drive increased value for C3's 300+ customers and deep relationships between C3 and the people at these customer companies.

The mandate for C3's Account Management is to Advise, Advocate For, and Serve Customers via a Long-Term and Accountable Relationship that adds Value to their Business. We achieve this by providing C3 Services and Products, Third-Party Solutions, and NetSuite Licenses that reflect what we would buy if the roles were reversed.

This position reports to the Vice President of Managed Services and will have leadership responsibility for the C3 Account Management Team Members.

Responsibilities:

      • Execute the revenue and relationship plan that has been established for the Account Management Team.
      • Ensure the individuals and team as a whole hit their measurement targets (i.e. Quotas, KPIs, and Rocks).
      • Maintain a Relationships, Revenue, Renewals, Referrals, and References focus.
      • Contribute to future planning efforts for Account Management at C3.
      • Serve as the relationship manager with Enterprise Customers.
      • Identify, qualify, manage, and close opportunities for assigned Enterprise Customers.
      • Grow and develop Account Management Team members as they manage Customers.
      • Serve as escalation and secondary relationship for all C3 Customers.
      • Collaborate with key members across all C3 Departments including Solution Consulting, Marketing, Professional Services, Technical Services, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

        Qualifications/Skills:

        • Required: 5+ Years Selling Consulting/Technical Services in an Account Management Organization (i.e. selling Services to existing customers of the company).
        • Required: 3+ years Managing direct employees.
        • Preferred: 3+ years selling NetSuite or other Cloud ERP/CRM licenses.
        • Proven track record of successful achievement of personal and team goals.
        • Superior relationship-building and verbal/video/in-person/written communication skills.

        Compensation and Benefits:

        • Base $110K-$135K, OTE with Commission is $220K-$270K
