Job description

TCS is looking to hire an Program Director for the ESU Consulting Practice. The role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and large transformation engagements at TCS clients. They will be required to coordinate the work of TCS and client team members for one or more projects and will be accountable for the successful delivery of all phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. The role will be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. It will be expected that the candidate demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in SAP processes.
Qualifications:
• Bring strong S4 HANA implementation experience of managing large SAP S4 HANA transformation projects as Enterprise Solution Architect
• Strong experience in solution design across multiple functional areas and having strong Integration experience with SAP cloud solutions / non-SAP application landscape
• Strong experience of stakeholders management for a global program
• Strong experience of customer expectation management and address the potential issues through a pro-active approach with help of the implementation team
• Experience in overall team management with good interpersonal skills
• Bring in strong business process knowledge on various industry verticals processes and integration scenarios related to multiple business processes
• Strong cross functional leadership by working together with SAP functional consultants with different skills with the ability to look at the end to end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANA product architecture
• Coordinating with business, during design, configuration, system integration testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities
• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
• Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience leading sales opportunities
• Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream
• Expert understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives.
• Ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands on as required
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent indu stry experience
• At least six (6) years experience in proposal and business case development
• Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
• Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
• Experience managing 20+ resources
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required
Salary Range: $218,600-$287,000 a year
