Real Estate Operations Manager — Keller Williams (Top 20 Market Center, 500+ Agents)

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator with a financial and leadership background to serve as the right hand to our Market Center CEO. This is not a back-office admin role; it is front-of-house, people-facing. We need someone who is comfortable being the "no" most of the time, calm under pressure, and confident enough to hold boundaries while staying relational with agents and the leadership team.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations for a billion-dollar-plus office, build and execute systems for efficiency, and serve as the liaison between our team and accounting. You will report to the Director of Operations, lead the Operations Team, and be trusted to protect the priorities and decisions of leadership. Strong spreadsheet skills, technology fluency, and a servant leadership mindset are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary operational partner to Market Center leadership, acting as the "no" when needed and the calm voice when things get tense

  • Manage Market Center financials, including budgets, financial reports, expenses, accounts payable, and overall profitability

  • Process closings, commission checks, agent payments, and financial transactions accurately and on time

  • Collect outstanding accounts receivable from agents and communicate financial concerns to leadership

  • Create, implement, and execute systems and processes for office-wide efficiency

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a billion-dollar-plus production office

  • Act as liaison between clients, agents, and the accounting department

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of the Operations Team

  • Handle escalations and de-escalate high-pressure situations with professionalism

  • Maintain strong reporting, tracking, and documentation using advanced spreadsheet skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Real Estate Operations Support experience

  • Financial Skills and Strengths

  • Strong leadership and consultative communication skills
