Nearmapย is looking for aย Value Consulting Manager to help our customers unlock the full business impact of our remote property intelligence platform. In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and customer engagement: partnering with sales, customer success, and senior customerย stakeholdersย toย identifyย high-impact use cases and translate them into measurable business outcomes. You will lead value discovery sessions, develop compelling ROI andย financial impactย models, and deliver executive-level business cases that clearlyย demonstrateย howย Nearmapย drives efficiency, reduces risk, and improves decision-making for our customers.ย 

This is aย customer-facing role where you will shape how organizations understand and realize value fromย Nearmap'sย technology. Beyond supporting pre-sales engagements, you will also lead post-sales value realization efforts, helping customers quantify results, drive adoption, and uncover new opportunities for expansion. As a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams,ย you'llย play a key role in scaling value-based selling across the organization while influencing product and go-to-market strategy through insights gained directly from the field.ย It'sย a unique opportunity to combine analytical rigor, executive storytelling, and customer partnership to drive meaningful business impact.ย

Value Discoveryย 

  • Drive strategic discovery sessions with senior stakeholders toย identifyย high impact use casesย 
  • Quantify business value and buildย financial impactย models, including ROI analysisย 
  • Develop and deliver persuasive business cases tailored to executive audiencesย 

Value Realizationย 

  • Lead post-sales assessments toย validateย realized value and communicate ROIย 
  • Identifyย and promote customer best practices that drive adoption and maximize impactย 
  • Support QBRs with value benchmarking tools and assessment frameworksย 
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to uncover renewal and expansion opportunitiesย 

Thought Leadershipย 

  • Develop and scale value selling methodologies across customer-facing teamsย 
  • Act as a subject matter expert in articulating business impact and communicating ROIย 
  • Influence product strategy and support go-to-market alignment through insights and collaborationย

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years in consulting roles focused on delivering enterprise valueย 
  • Proven success in driving value-based selling in SaaS or consultingย 
  • Familiarity with P&C insurance industry preferredย 
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level stakeholdersย 
  • Background in using Salesforce; Gong experience preferredย 
  • Bachelor's degreeย required; advanced degree preferred.ย
