Position Summary

Elite Fortune Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as an In-Store Retail Sales Representative. This entry-level position is stationed within a designated retail location in New Britain, CT. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and connect them with a full suite of products and services, including mobile devices, internet solutions, entertainment services, and accessories. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about technology and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales: Engage customers in the retail store environment to perform thorough needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions, including new device activations, service upgrades, and accessory bundles.

Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer experience metrics.

Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile devices, service plans, promotions, and emerging technologies.

Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, ensuring a positive retail experience from greeting through transaction completion and device setup.

Operational Excellence: Accurately process new sales, service changes, payments, and account updates using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

Outreach & Follow-Up: Proactively manage a customer pipeline through follow-up calls and outreach to both existing and potential customers to generate new business.

Team Collaboration: Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and store events, working collaboratively with Elite Fortune Consulting and store management to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a performance-driven environment is highly preferred, but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong passion for technology and a genuine desire to help customers find the best solutions.
  • Goal-oriented mentality with a proven drive to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to build immediate rapport with clients.

Compensation & Benefits
