As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What we're looking for...
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
