Job Responsibilities

  • Management of projects contractor and construction process
  • Construction coordination and scope management
  • Develop and review construction schedules and cost estimates
  • Assist with developing and reviewing change orders
  • Conduct site inspections and reporting to verify construction quality and contract conformance
  • Develop and maintain construction progress reports
  • Review contractor RFIs and submittals
  • Oversee and coordinate with QA field inspectors and materials testing teams
  • Contractor Submittal management and compliance
  • Contractors adherence to construction documents
  • Reoccurring site visits and logistics management
  • Liaison between contractor, stakeholders and client
  • Contractor Invoice review and approval


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in construction management, architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management with focus on transportation infrastructure projects
