Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be adept at managing project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of construction management experience
  • Must be a licensed General Contractor
  • Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Some travel may be required
