Job description

Hawkins Construction, a leading Commercial Contracting firm in the Southeast United States, is seeking an Estimator for our office headquarters in Tarpon Springs, FL. Position requires a minimum of 5 yrs commercial estimating experience.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to solicit/scope subcontractors, put together bids ranging from 1M to 30M, have a full understanding of all CSI divisions, and have the ability to work in a true team environment.
Candidate must possess experience with hard bidding, CM budgeting and GMP preparation for retail, powercenters, grocers, medical, offices, multi-family, religious facilities, schools, and institutional work.
Candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, time management, organizational techniques, and considerable construction knowledge. Construction degree is preferred.
Salary is commensurate with experience, excellent benefits, 401k, and bonuses are provided.
