Position Outline:
As a Construction Estimator at Waterton Construction, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of our estimates and detailed project specifications. Your work will be the foundation that supports project success, from initial planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis: Review and evaluate project plans, specifications, and scopes to develop precise cost estimates for a range of construction projects.
  • Material and Labor Costs: Calculate and analyze material, labor, and subcontractor expenses while keeping market trends and project-specific requirements in mind.
