This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working alongside skilled trades professionals.

Position Overview

Construction Helpers assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites, including material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and supporting skilled tradesmen. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and maintain work areas throughout the shift
  • Operate basic hand tools safely and effectively
  • Set up and break down job site equipment and materials
