Join Creative Modular Construction (CMC) and become part of a growing team building high-quality commercial modular buildings in a controlled indoor production environment. We are hiring Construction Laborers with experience or interest in a variety of skilled trades including framing, electrical, plumbing, finish work, roofing, and modular assembly.

This posting is designed for candidates with construction experience across multiple disciplines. Applicants may be considered for placement in several departments based on experience, skill set, and production needs.

What You’ll Do
• Assist in the construction and assembly of commercial modular buildings
• Perform work related to framing, electrical, plumbing, interior finish, exterior finish, roofing, or general assembly
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and build specifications
• Install construction materials, fixtures, components, and systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments and trade teams
