  • Dig and prepare work areas
  • Lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment
  • Install crawl space and foundation repair systems
  • Operate specialized tools and construction equipment
  • Reinforce and stabilize structures
  • Travel to different job sites and solve unique challenges

Physical Demands
This is real construction work.
You'll regularly:
  • Crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and maneuver through crawl spaces
  • Lift and carry construction materials and equipment
  • Dig, shovel, and haul dirt and debris
  • Work in tight spaces beneath homes
  • Perform physically demanding labor in hot, humid, dusty, and muddy conditions
  • Stay active and on your feet throughout the workday
