What You'll Do
Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial planning through final completion.
Manage multiple construction and restoration projects simultaneously.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and project schedules.
Conduct project walkthroughs with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters.
Support estimating, supplements, and project documentation using Xactimate (preferred).
Maintain budgets, timelines, quality control, and production schedules.
Ensure work complies with company standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
Communicate proactively with customers throughout every phase of the project.
Identify problems before they become delays and implement practical solutions.
Maintain detailed job documentation, photos, moisture logs, and project records.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while protecting profitability.
What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of experience in restoration, insurance restoration, construction management, project supervision, or commercial/residential construction.
Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors.
Knowledge of reconstruction, remodeling, mitigation, or restoration operations.
Xactimate experience is highly preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable working with homeowners, insurance carriers, and commercial clients.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
