Job Overview:

L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking Construction Training Coordinator. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and tracking employee training programs that support workforce development, compliance, job performance, and career growth. This role will help establish and maintain standardized training programs for employees at various positions and levels within the organization. The Training Coordinator will coordinate training schedules, registrations, communications, materials, records, certifications, reporting, and logistics while working closely with Operations, Project Management, Safety, and other departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping employees develop their skills and advance within the company. Previous training or employee development experience is preferred, particularly in a construction or similar operational environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in training coordination, employee development, workforce development, human resources, administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information appropriately
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to construction projects or field locations to coordinate training activities

Preferred

  • Experience coordinating training within the construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, or other field-based industries
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with construction certifications, apprenticeship programs, NCCER, OSHA, Department of Labor requirements, or similar workforce development programs
  • Experience developing training materials, presentations, manuals, or instructional content
  • Experience coordinating certifications, licenses, or continuing education requirements
