Overview The opportunity

As Director of Customer Technology & Worksite Solutions, you'll lead Quinn's full ecosystem of Cat integrated machine technology, Trimble and SITECH grade control, VisionLink connected fleet, drone and geospatial tools, and emerging AI-enabled platforms — not just selling them, but architecting the strategy that drives real adoption across the entire customer lifecycle.

You’ll directly manage Technology Sales Specialists, Operations, Service, and Technician teams — and partner deeply with Quinn's machine sales, rental, parts, and product support divisions to make technology a measurable value driver for every customer we serve.

Quinn Company is California's CAT dealer group trusted by construction, infrastructure, and industrial customers for over a century. We're at an inflection point in our technology division, and we're looking for the leader who will own what comes next.

Responsibilities What you’ll lead
  • Integrated technology strategy across Cat, Trimble, drone/geospatial, and digital platforms
  • Customer onboarding from pre-delivery through full lifecycle adoption
  • Full P&L accountability for the SITECH division
  • Sales playbooks, training programs, and cross-divisional go-to-market alignment
  • KPIs spanning grade control activation, VisionLink engagement, CVA growth, and ecommerce adoption
Qualifications What you bring
  • 10+ years in heavy equipment, construction tech, dealership operations, or digital fleet solutions
  • Senior management experience with cross-functional teams
  • Deep knowledge of telematics, grade control, connected fleet platforms, and adoption models
