Job description

Job Description:

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor located in Las Vegas, NV. Our client is a Building Automation industry Leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee field construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements. This role is responsible for coordinating site operations, managing subcontractor performance, monitoring project progress, and supporting successful project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.

Coordinate work between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Monitor project schedules and provide regular progress updates.

Identify and help resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and unforeseen site conditions.

Support project teams in managing risks and implementing corrective actions when needed.

Ensure project documentation is maintained and complies with contractual and company requirements.

Promote and enforce a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Verify subcontractors maintain adequate staffing and resources to meet project schedules.

Utilize project management and reporting tools to track site progress and communicate updates.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5–10 years of experience in project coordination, construction supervision, or related field leadership roles.

Experience within commercial and/or industrial construction environments.

Strong understanding of construction processes, site logistics, and subcontractor management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate simultaneous project activities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and other standard business software.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale construction or building systems projects.

Familiarity with project scheduling, reporting, and document control processes.

Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.

Additional Requirements

Ability to travel as required based on project needs.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work in an active construction environment and perform regular site walks.

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the successful execution of complex construction projects while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Additional Details:

Duration: 04 Months with possibility of extension

Location:  Las Vegas, NV 89113

Shift hours: Full-time, Standard daytime hours; Overtime may be required based on project demands.
