Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, Engineers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Handle contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Conduct site visits and ensure alignment with plans, timelines, and safety standards
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and field challenges
  • Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and improvement


Qualifications:



  • 10+ years in heavy civil or marine construction, with at least 3 years in project management
  • Expertise in pile driving, dredging, cofferdam construction, and marine foundations
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors on complex projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required)
  • PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed


Preferred Experience

  • Managing construction of marine structures such as piers, docks, or offshore platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory and environmental compliance in coastal zones
  • Knowledge of underwater construction and marine asset logistics (barges, tugs, cranes)
