Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from inception through completion while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Track project costs and ensure profitability goals are achieved
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
