THE WORK:
  • You'll establish a strong relationship with the Client to support repeat business opportunities.
  • You'll analyze, understand, and become fully familiar with all contract documents, including plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
  • You'll assist with preconstruction services, including constructability reviews and cost estimating.
  • You'll oversee the administration of Project processes such as Submittals, RFIs, Pay Applications, and Change Management.
  • You'll facilitate assigned Project meetings.
  • You'll review pay applications to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  • You'll review all change order requests to confirm proper documentation, timely submission, and inclusion of direct costs, overhead, profit, and time extensions.
  • You'll review Contractors' Baseline Schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • You'll identify changes during construction that may affect cost or schedule and ensure proper documentation is provided.
  • You'll ensure accurate maintenance of progress reports, performance and completion reports, purchase requests, requisitions, and claims documentation.
  • You'll coordinate with the Project Team to develop and implement solutions to field issues.
  • You'll conduct Change Order negotiations.
  • You'll complete all project close-out activities.
  • You'll review and approve Accenture I&CP invoices for professional services when required.
  • You'll manage Accenture I&CP's contract with the Client as needed to ensure scope and budget compliance.
  • You'll delegate appropriate authority to Project Team members so they can fulfill their responsibilities.
  • You'll direct the training and development of Accenture I&CP personnel, motivating staff to support company growth.
  • You'll notify Senior Management of any event that could significantly impact project completion, profitability, or the Client relationship.
  • You'll assist Accenture I&CP Marketing staff with RFP responses, proposal preparation, and presentation participation.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • B.S. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • PE Licensure and/or CCM holder
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in inspection, preparation of claims files, documents and reports, and assisting in the preparation claims or claim response

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
