Position Overview

JSET is seeking an experienced Traveling Data Center Construction Project Manager to support mission-critical infrastructure projects throughout the Midwest, with future opportunities supporting projects across the Southern United States.

This is a field-based leadership role responsible for managing projects from startup through turnover while actively directing field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and overall project execution on active construction sites.

Project Managers on our national team are embedded in the field and are expected to lead project execution, manage field staff, solve problems, drive schedules, and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should be comfortable deploying to project sites for extended durations and traveling wherever project needs require.

What You'll Do
  • Lead controls and data center construction projects from startup through turnover
  • Direct and manage field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Establish daily and weekly priorities for field teams
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall project performance
