Our client, a well-established and growing mechanical contracting organisation, is seeking a President to lead the company through its next phase of strategic growth.

The organisation operates multiple divisions under one brand, including residential services, retrofit and renovation work, and commercial/industrial construction. The President will oversee these business units while aligning leadership teams, strengthening operational performance, and driving long-term strategic growth.

This role requires a visionary yet hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning, strong people leadership, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision

• Align multiple divisions and leadership teams under a unified operating strategy

• Identify opportunities for expansion, new service lines, and market growth

Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day leadership across multiple business units
