Overview
TRC is seeking a Construction Office Engineer II in the Liverpool, New York location.
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and processing contractor's payment requisitions.
  • Preparing and processing change orders and submittals.
  • Managing and maintaining all project documentation.
  • Project closeout and Inter agency coordination.
  • Maintain relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Complete daily work reports in Site Manager and made payments in Site Manager for the completed work.
  • Complete wage rate reviews and monitor contractor compliance requirements.
  • Acts as a liaison between project management, subcontracts and site engineers to resolve problems.

Qualifications
  • Min. 1 year experience worked as an Office Engineer on NYSDOT highway and/or bridge projects is required.
  • Site Manager construction software experience is preferred.
  • Min. NICET II certification required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and client relations skills is required.
  • Occasional extended work hours such as Night Shift /Weekend work availability.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
