This position is responsible for the organization, direction, supervision and coordination of construction activities on a construction project site, or multiple sites, as delineated in the applicable project execution procedures, site specific safety plan, and project execution plan.

Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED + 12 years of relevant experience in field construction supervision including 2 years experience in the General Superintendent position or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and consistent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage changing deadlines and work well under pressure for multiple team leaders.
  • Work independently and effectively to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skill.

ย The salary range for this position is between $180,000 - $205,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
