Job description

The Construction Manager will assist the CDC in supervising, managing and directing on-going construction projects for the organization.  Will provide day to day coordination of construction projects, shall ensure that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed.  Will assist the Facilities Department, as directed by the CDC, in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation.


  1. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience or 10 years of experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction.
  2. State issued driver’s license.
  3. Proficient in Word, Excel and scheduling software.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
