Job description

Position: Warehouse Logistics Lead

Location: Sullivan, IN

Duration: 6 month contract w/ extensions

Schedule: working 5x10s and 1x8 hour day, 6 day work week, Mon - Sat


Compensation: $40/hour to $45/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics environments
  • Experience leading or delegating to crews (8โ€“10 employees)
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Experience auditing tools and tracking materials
  • Knowledge of Conex (C-can) / 40ft storage container operations (+)
  • Experience coordinating delivery drivers and field operations
  • Ability to create and manage daily routes/schedules
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic computer systems
  • Strong communication skills (radio + team coordination)
  • Industrial electrical environment experience
