Job description

New Beacon Building LLC is a residential construction company looking to add an experienced General Laborer to our team. This is a hands-on role working directly alongside management on remodeling projects — a great opportunity to sharpen your skills across multiple trades.

About the Role:
You'll be working on residential remodeling projects as part of a small, close-knit crew. We expect our people to show up ready to work, take pride in their craft, and get the job done without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities:
• Demolition, framing, and site prep
• Rough and finish plumbing (fresh and sewage)
• Electrical work
• Flooring, tiling, and moulding
• Painting and finish work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Complete daily task lists independently and on schedule
• Communicate proactively if issues or delays arise

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Basic working knowledge of the trades listed above
• 2+ remodeling projects completed
• Must handle tools with care and maintain proper work etiquette on the job site at all times
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Must be punctual and dependable

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation:
$25.00/hr starting pay during the 90-day probationary period. Compensation will be reviewed upon successful completion.
