Capstone Solutions is a construction telecommunications company seeking civil construction workers for the greater Portland area. We are a locally-owned company with the intent to meet the needs of our wireless customers while encouraging work-life harmony for our employees and their families.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (may be less depending on job locations)
  • Must be able to pass Background Check, Pre-Employment Physical, and Drug Screen
  • A valid driver's license
  • High School graduate, GED or equivalent
  • Must be able to follow directions from Foreman and have a positive attitude

Responsibilities:
  • Clear and prepare site for construction
  • Assist in building structures for tower sites
  • Mix and pour concrete
  • Unload and load materials for job site
  • Dig trenches
