Responsabilités

Soutien au recrutement :

  • Participer au processus de recrutement de bout en bout, y compris les offres d'emploi, la sélection des CV, la programmation des entretiens et l'évaluation initiale des candidats.

  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour améliorer les stratégies de recrutement et l'expérience des candidats.

Intégration :

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Onboarding:

Champion a site-specific orientation program in collaboration with the Lead HR Partner.

Conduct Day to day onboarding of new hires.

Project Management:

Work on small HR projects to improve processes, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.

Office Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to document preparation, data entry, and maintaining HR records (Workday administrative tasks).

Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities as needed.

Employee Relations:

Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

Learning and Development:

Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate training sessions and other learning opportunities for employees.

Develop a repertoire of site-specific standard HR processes & procedures .

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
