Duties:
  • Manage a portfolio of middle and large-market construction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies
 
Qualifications:
  • Valid active 220 FL license
  • They will look at a marketing person or an account executive with at least 10 years of construction experience
  • Construction Insurance designation(s)—or CIC—is preferred
  • Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, AMS360
