About the Role:

As a Welder Helper in the Beaumont, TX area, you will play an essential role in supporting welders and craft professionals in the safe and efficient completion of fabrication, maintenance, and construction projects. You will assist with preparing materials, maintaining tools and equipment, setting up work areas, and ensuring all welding activities are performed safely and efficiently. Your contributions will directly support project success while helping maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and industrial environments
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures and company policies
Preferred Qualifications:
