We are a growing remodeling company based in Enumclaw, WA, and serve the local area. We specialize in high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and home remodeling projects. We take pride in our work and are looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to help us deliver excellence to our clients.


The Role

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, follows instructions well, and is punctual. Whether you are an experienced tradesperson or a beginner with a strong work ethic, we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the construction field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Remodeling: Support lead builders with flooring, tiling, painting, stonework, caulking, vanity installation, drywalling, waterproofing, and other punch-list tasks.

  • Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.

  • Jobsite Prep: Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and material preparation.

  • Tool Operation: Safely and proficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and small jobsite equipment.

  • Note: Experienced helpers may be given the opportunity to lead specific tasks or sub-projects.


What We’re Looking For

  • Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and communicate clearly.
