Path Construction is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to support our estimating team and assist in the successful execution of the bid process from start to finish. This role provides administrative and coordination support across both public and private projects, helping ensure each opportunity is organized, accurate, and positioned for success.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work alongside the estimating team, contributing to day-to-day coordination, managing deadlines, tracking project information, and supporting the overall bidding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the estimating team throughout the entire bidding process
  • Receive and organize all bidding documents sent from client
  • Order and pick up all project drawings required for bid
  • Set up project specific bid comparison documents and folder
  • Create formal invitation to bid packages that will be sent to all subcontractors
  • Ensure all subcontractors received bid packages and confirm their intent to bid
  • Collect and distribute all RFI's and addendum issued during bid process
  • Communicate award or non-award letters to subcontractors post bid

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Adobe
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to take initiative and be resourceful, especially when bidding in new markets
  • Willingness to work extended hours during active bid periods
  • Working knowledge of the commercial construction industry
  • Familiarity with subcontractor databases such as Blue Book
  • Experience with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, I Square Foot, or similar
