About Us

Were a hands-on commercial general contractor that takes pride in doing the work ourselves. From concrete and excavation to carpentry, trim-out, and interior finishes we self-perform many aspects of our projects and are proud of the quality that comes with that. As we continue to grow, were looking for a reliable, detail-focused Construction Estimator to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who understands boots-on-the-ground construction, knows how the work really gets done, and can turn that knowledge into accurate, competitive estimates.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review plans, drawings, and specs to put together accurate estimates for commercial construction projects
  • Break down scopes of work for self-performed trades like concrete, carpentry, trim, etc.
  • Gather and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
  • Help build realistic project budgets and timelines with our project management team
  • Visit sites (when needed) to understand logistics or confirm details
  • Track changes to scope or design and update pricing accordingly
  • Find ways to keep us competitive without cutting corners
  • Keep records of pricing history and completed estimates for future reference

What Were Looking For

  • A solid understanding of commercial construction and how things go together
  • Estimating experience (ideally 3+ years), especially in trades like concrete, carpentry, and finishes
  • Confidence in your abilities and the ability to work without direction
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and scopes
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
  • Good communicator comfortable talking to subs, suppliers, and the team
  • Organized and dependable
