About Us

We are a growing swimming pool construction company looking for a motivated Construction Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly. This position supports our Construction Supervisor by handling field logistics, communicating with subcontractors, checking job sites, and ensuring materials and equipment are where they need to be.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the pool construction industry and grow into a larger role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials and supplies to job sites
  • Perform job site inspections and take progress photos
  • Assist with scheduling subcontractors
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling and updates
  • Pick up permits, materials, and equipment as needed
  • Verify work is completed before the next phase begins
  • Help coordinate inspections
  • Assist the Construction Supervisor with daily operations
  • Keep job files updated
  • Handle miscellaneous field tasks to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Construction experience is helpful but not required
