We are seeking Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST) to assist on a new security-focused program. With advanced surveillance techniques, relentless attention to detail, and a missiondriven mindset, CSTs intercept hidden threats, prevent technical vulnerabilities, and protect classified spaces from exploitation. What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Identify, document, and brief all security-related modifications during SCIF construction
  • Identify and validate authorized access documentation for entrance/exit to/from the worksite
  • Execute security screening activities to include inspecting all packages, tools, and equipment entering/exiting the worksite
  • Possess excellent knowledge and application of Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, "Physical and Technical Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities."
  • Conduct surveillance and understand multiple construction trades to closely monitor all construction activities and materials to ensure the security integrity of the building.
  • Inspect, detect and report any unauthorized technical penetrations and thwart implanted clandestine technical collection devices.
  • Works with the Site Security Manager (SSM) to ensure all established policies and procedures are followed and alerts the SSM of vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure contractor activities at military construction sites are in strict conformance with construction security plan.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
  • Currently hold an active TS/SCI with Poly.
  • The CSTs will be required to have successfully completed the Department of State CST course or equivalent.
  • Must have three (3) or more years of prior experience as a Construction Surveillance Technician and familiarity with several of the construction trades, SCIF construction, and security control measures is a must.
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
  • Desired to be knowledgeable on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 (on SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements) and the accompanying IC Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of SCIFs
