We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerwho can successfully lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, field teams, and vendors.


Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong coordination with field foremen, superintendents, and general contractors to maintain project momentum and resolve issues proactively.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both the operational and financial aspects of construction projects.


Key Responsibilites

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Manage projects from contract award through final completion
  • Review project plans, specifications, and scope requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones
  • Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Identify potential conflicts and proactively develop solutions

Field Operations Support

  • Work closely with field foremen and superintendents to ensure efficient production
