  • Reading and interpreting applicable plans,schematics,blueprintsand maps
  • Applicable plans, specifications and estimates preparation, review,processingand compliance requirements
  • Methods for reviewing plans and specifications for compliance with requirements
  • Construction engineering policies and procedures
