This role serves as the Business Development Manager for a Las Vegas area contractor. In this high-impact role, youโ€™ll identify, pursue, and secure new commercial and industrial construction opportunities ranging from $50,000 to $50 million. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively develop new business through existing relationships and strategic outreach to developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and property managers.

  • Client Relationship Management: Follow up on internal leads with consistent and professional communication to drive conversion.

  • Community Representation: Attend and represent LMCC at industry functions (e.g., NAIOP breakfasts, SIOR lunches, CCIM events).

  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Owner, CEO, and Lippman Media to implement marketing and branding initiatives that create project opportunities.

  • Event Leadership: Organize and manage LMCC booths at trade shows like ABC Nevada events and ICSC Las Vegas; identify and target niche expos (e.g., Pizza Expo) to tap new market segments.

  • Territory Expansion: Build LMCCโ€™s presence across Southern Utah, Arizona, and Idaho by targeting developers and investors in those regions.

  • Performance Reporting: Submit detailed weekly activity and strategy reports to leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Local Expertise: Current Las Vegas area resident with a minimum of 5 years living in Southern Nevada (10+ years preferred).

  • Industry Engagement: Active participation and established reputation in NAIOP Southern Nevada, SIOR, CCIM, or similar associations.

  • Experience: Proven success in business development, sales, or client acquisition within construction, real estate, or related industries.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or Communications preferred.

  • Personality & Skills: Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills, a hunter mentality, and the ability to work independently while aligning with LMCCโ€™s team culture.
