Job description

Position Overview

RGD Project Management, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Data Entry Clerk to support the company's construction and project management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining project-related information in company systems and databases.

This is a remote, entry-level position suitable for candidates with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage information accurately. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain construction and project-related information in company databases and software systems.
  • Review documents, forms, reports, invoices, work orders, and project records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files, project records, and documentation.
  • Update project information, schedules, materials records, vendor information, and other administrative data as required.
  • Compare information across documents and systems to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent entries.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project reports, spreadsheets, logs, and tracking documents.
  • Process information received from project managers, field teams, contractors, vendors, and other departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company and project information.
  • Communicate with internal teams when clarification or additional information is required.
  • Follow established data entry procedures, documentation standards, and quality-control processes.
  • Support general administrative and project coordination activities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, office operations, records management, or a related field is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, email, spreadsheets, and online systems.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
