Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is critical to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining project schedules, collaborating with project teams, identifying potential risks, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within established milestones.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and identify schedule impacts, delays, and potential risks.
  • Analyze project data and recommend solutions to mitigate schedule risks.
  • Generate schedule reports and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning and allocation efforts across multiple projects.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in an Engineering or Construction discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Construction industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource allocation, and time management principles.
  • Experience with project management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
