Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth efforts, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and aligning sales strategies with Pramira's growth objectives. The role requires a strong network, industry expertise, and a proactive approach to expanding our presence in key construction markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

  • Sales & Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities, and market trends to leadership.
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven success in business development (construction industry experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain repeat business with national and regional clients
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction, tenant improvements, and design-build processes
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Established network within construction, real estate, and development sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
