Position located in the Fleet Solutions office in Pasadena, Texas.


Job Summary (including but not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned)
Engineers will work closely with all levels of the Power Operation Team to support plant maintenance, operations, conduct analysis through modeling, work on projects in the area of business risk assessment, and other various projects. Use computers and monitoring equipment to measure, record and make adjustments within operating parameters. Provide engineering services for troubleshooting, maintenance, design, and configuration management of existing power plants. Will be conducting analysis on the plant performance efficiency, and strategy updates, supporting model development to assist in evaluation of operational performance. Compiles and prepares reports. Conducts special financial and business-related studies which may include the development of ad hoc and custom reporting involving the determination of metrics and identifying and integrating data sources.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with a concentration on rotating equipment.
• Developing use and/or application of basic principles, theories and concepts.
• Previous experience working in team an environment using analytical skill set to provide recommendations around business challenges.
• Previous experience evaluating performance using model-building techniques.
• Previous work experience in an Internship or other entry level work experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office to include MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.

Salary Information

Salary Range:  $109,779.21 - $139,968.50
